The Adams County Prison is located east of Gettysburg and has approximately 300 incarcerated men and women. A group of men (from St. Joseph’s and other churches) offer a weekly Bible Study at the prison. Participants may speak English or Spanish. A women’s Bible Study is possible. Interested people must pass all civil background checks, get a TB vaccine, and attend an annual security training program offered by the prison staff.
